HI! I'M KEELEY

I’ve been a photographer for over a decade, and while I’ve always loved capturing beautiful images, it wasn’t until about five years ago that I started photographing boudoir.

I didn’t start photographing boudoir just because I wanted to create stunning photos. I became a boudoir photographer because I know what it feels like to be completely disconnected from your body.

For years, I struggled with an eating disorder. I was in an emotionally abusive relationship that chipped away at my sense of worth, little by little. My body became something I fought against instead of something I lived in. I constantly felt like I had to shrink, perform, and prove that I was enough.

It took years of healing, self-reflection, and — yes — boudoir photography to begin reclaiming my relationship with my body.

Now, every time I step into the studio, I carry that experience with me. It’s what fuels my passion for helping women feel powerful, seen, and safe in their own skin.

Seeing Beauty in Others Helped Me See It in Myself

I photograph women of every shape, size, background, and age — and every single time, I’m struck by how beautiful they are exactly as they are.

But I didn’t always see that in myself.

During the height of my eating disorder, my body felt like an enemy. I scrutinized every angle, every photo, every perceived “flaw.” It wasn’t until I started creating space for other women to feel beautiful — to feel celebrated — that I started wondering why I couldn’t offer myself the same grace.

Through boudoir, I began to unlearn the lies I had internalized. I saw how confidence isn’t about perfection. It’s about truth.

I Stopped Waiting to Feel “Worthy”

When you’ve been through emotional abuse or disordered eating, your self-worth can feel conditional — tied to appearance, performance, or approval from others.

I used to tell myself,
“I’ll feel confident when I lose weight.”
“I’ll be ready when I look different.”
“I can’t take up space until I’ve earned it.”

But boudoir changed that.

I watched women show up to their sessions nervous but open. They weren’t “perfect.” They were real. And THAT is what is truly beautiful.

Eventually, I booked a session for myself. Not to prove anything, but to reclaim something. I stood in front of the camera in all my softness, with no filters, no apologies, no hiding.

And it was enough. I was enough.

Now, every year on my birthday I spend a day taking self portraits. Some years are harder than others to get in front of the lens, but those are the years where it is the most important. I encourage you to try it, too.

Your Body Deserves to Be Honored, Not Fixed

One of the most powerful shifts I’ve experienced — and what I try to pass on to every woman who walks into my San Diego boudoir studio — is that your body isn’t a problem to solve. It’s not something that needs fixing.

Your body is a survivor. A home. A canvas.

It’s carried you through heartbreak, joy, fear, love, and resilience. It deserves to be honored for all that it’s held, not judged by outdated standards of beauty.

We’re Not Before or After Photos

I say this often, but it bears repeating:
You are not a “before” or “after.”

You are a right now.

The version of you today — with your story, your scars, your strength — is worthy of celebration.

Confidence doesn’t come from changing your body. It comes from changing the way you see your body. I believe boudoir photography can be a powerful part of that shift.

If You’ve Ever Felt Like You Weren’t Enough…

If you’ve ever felt like your body was something to hide…
If you’ve ever had someone make you feel small…
If you’ve ever looked in the mirror and seen only what you wished was different…

I want you to know this: you are not alone.

I see you. I’ve been you. And I’ve made it my mission to create a space where you can come home to yourself — maybe for the first time in years.

Let’s reclaim your power — together.
In my private San Diego boudoir studio, you’ll be pampered with hair and makeup, cozy robes, snacks, drinks, your favorite music, and a safe space to simply be.

You don’t have to wait to feel beautiful. You already are.
I would love to help remind you of that.
